Responsible for the oversight and execution of day to day operations of a residential environmental learning center in a National Park. Manage all coordination between education, administrative, food service, housekeeping and maintenance staff. Create schedules for education groups and facility rentals as well as serve as primary on-site group host. Hire, train, motivate, and schedule all education department staff. Recruited, organized, and trained all volunteers to aid with public programs, facility projects, and clerical assistance.-Created first 5k trail run as annual fundraiser-Organized and led a BioBlitz within the Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area-Improved existing edible and medicinal plant walks, making them one of the highest attended regular public programs.-Added new program offerings including wilderness skills, evening paddles, and seasonally focused ecological hikes.
