During my time at Blade Edge I have learned what it takes to work in a fast-paced, team driven environment. On the operations team I have used many applications (Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Remote Desktop, Blade Edge Applications) that allow our team to communicate, facilitate, and track both short-term and long-term goals. We have collaborated to meet set deadlines, create training procedures, gather metrics, and present finished projects. A large amount of my individual effort is also spent looking over our products and reports, making sure the quality is in line with Blade Edge expectations before being sent out to the end users.
