I had a $70 million troubled loan portfolio and consistently was tasked to resolve the most challenging bank credits. Loan negotiation, loan restructuring, Federal auditor interaction and reporting as well as bank executive management reporting. I was able to resolve the bulk of my portfolio in eleven months and was able to move into a loan production role. I opened a new position in 2012 within Zions Bank and was tasked to create a new portfolio for Northern Utah. In this role I was a branch liaison for credits that were larger than their allowable limit. In 2013 achieved top 10 for the entire bank for revenue production (#7), in a pool of over 700 officers. In 2013 in my region I was #1 in SBA loan production, #1 in total portfolio revenue, #3 in total loan production, #1 in portfolio growth. -

Loan production officer for C&I lending and commercial portfolio growth and management. Irwin Union in 2008 was restricted to lend by the Fed for portfolio quality for the corporation, largely by a related troubled residential mortgage portfolio held by Irwin Mortgage. I transitioned to Special Assets as Irwin Union did not have a formal troubled loan department. Was a key member of credit management in creating policies and procedures for troubled loan resolution. Voting member of the credit approval committee. I was assigned the bulk of the troubled assets in the western U.S. in Utah, California, Nevada and Arizona. Bank was acquired by a midwestern bank who decided to shut down the western markets closing the Utah office. -
