As a Program Manager at Raytheon, I lead and oversee complex and multidisciplinary projects in the field of command and control (C2) and command, control, communications, computers, intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (C4ISR) systems. I have 20 years of experience in this domain, working across the entire lifecycle of these systems, from requirements to design to installation to verification to field service.As my background is technical in nature I am able to understand both the technical and business side of a program and allows me to lead more effectively.
