My main focus and source of professional enjoyment is helping customers, and in my new role at UiPath I believe I am better placed than ever to do so. Robotic Process Automation is a red hot topic at the moment due to its ability to help organisations get better outcomes for their staff, customers and share holders, and I'd really excited that I'm at the front end of an organisation that can make a huge difference in a way that may be new to a lot of people.It's the "newness" of the technology that helps make me relevant to customers as a source of information. I'm focusing on providing access to case studies and use cases for customers as it really helps people understand how this new tech can be applied to help their business.I really value the relationships I build with customers, and I'm proud that I always put them first. In a sales role I have often been put under pressure to close deals, but my approach has always been to put the customer first. In the long term I believe that this means that customers will continue to trust and work with me, and then the sales take care of themselves.I reckon my biggest attribute is the ability to make things happen and get the job done, regardless of the difficulty of the circumstances. In my experience, it's in the challenging times where a good sales person proves their value to the customer.My aim is to have all of my customers enjoy their engagements with me, and look upon me as someone who will always act in their interests and achieve the best outcome for them.
