• Responsible for developing and administering all of the Companies HSE Initiatives o Regulatory Compliance Program for Pennsylvania and Ohio o HSE Policies and SOPs for the Company o Vendor Management Program o Company Training Program o Audit and Inspection Program o Security Program • Manage and Oversee all Environmental Remediation needs• Conducted Numerous Root Cause meetings in a multitude of severity ranges.• Administration of comprehensive budgets from $2-5 Million Dollars on an annual basis o Major production facility upgrades o Plugging Program o HSE Initiatives• Manage a team of 5-7 employees plus contractors

• Responsible for conducting stream or lake surveys to: (1) provide baseline water quality conditions prior to discharging; (2) provide water quality data needed to justify certain Federal grants projects; (3) determine cause of fish kills and the extent of damages resulting from pollution incidents and (4) provide water quality data needed to justify nutrient controls in various lakes and streams.
