• Oversees all weekend and mid-week Next Steps volunteer teams at the Rockwall Campus, such as: Connection Center Hosts, Next Step Class Hosts, New Here Host Team, Baptism Team, Ushers (Offering), Auditorium Greeters, Information Booth Greeters, Staff Information Booth, Exterior Door Greeters, Auditorium Restock Team, Follow-Up Team, Golf Cart Team, and Attendance Counters.• Oversees recruitment, structure, and execution of all Next Step Volunteer Teams for Easter services, Christmas Services, and other special weekend service programming (Life Group Connect, Candlelight Services, etc.).• Oversees baptism scheduling during weekend services at the Rockwall Campus.• Assists with all weekend baptisms at the Rockwall Campus, occasionally immersing as well.• Manage/execute all follow-up calls/texts/emails from Connect Card submissions (Membership, Baptism, Salvation, Life Group, New Here, Pastoral, Next Step Class) for the Rockwall Campus• Manage/execute all follow-up calls/texts/emails from the Holiday Response Cards (Easter, Christmas Eve)• Manage/execute all follow-up calls/texts/emails from the Next Step Class.• Serve in the Connection Center following each weekend service at the Rockwall Campus

• Create, plan, and execute ministry communication plans needed throughout the year.• Meet with different ministries on a regular basis to discuss marketing initiatives for the upcoming months.• Assist in creating new processes in how Communications receives and disperses new projects from campuses and ministries.• Assist in managing the SECC website and application redesign project while working with graphic designers and IT team.• Deploy media across various platforms, including but not limited to: monthly magazine, weekend services, TV, IMAG, digital signage, web, ministries, events, social media, and print.• Assist in creating media releases and sending them to the appropriate outlets.• Plan, coordinate, and deploy internal and external church-wide promotions, including project managing a monthly magazine publication.• Maintain positive media relations and coordinate with on-site media personnel at events and public facing forums.

- Manage design & promotional projects for all ministries within our six-campus church- Schedule digital signage on a weekly-basis for all campus locations- Manage projects, schedules, and work-flow for our graphic design team- Coordinate with vendors for quotes and delivery of projects such as - atrium & street banners, weekly church bulletins, external promotions, our official church-wide magazine, billboards, postcards, floor stands, marquees, etc.
