Develop systems and processes for monitoring the enrollment and academic status of undergraduate students, particularly those who may be at risk or off course for timely degree completion. I Work closely with campus leaders and other stakeholders to plan projects and provide support for other current, proposed, or new campus efforts and programs related to retention, progression and completion. I also direct students towards graduation through advice on classes, research opportunities, career tracking, and extracurricular activities. I work with students one on one to ensure they are progressing through their academic careers at their desired pace. I present to large groups about the structure and rules of UNLV. I also serve on several committees at UNLV to help improve the campus for students and colleagues.
