  My current position with SLS involves the operation of two delivery units located in Portland and Eugene Oregon. I directly manage 10 total employees between the two units. I also maintain a working relationship with 3rd party installation contractors and 3rd party owner operators on the delivery side of the business. My position requires control of more than a half a million dollars in inventory. I am the currently responsible for the control of expenses in both units which includes purchasing, payroll control, carrier expense control, maintenance budgets, and the preparation of weekly P&L projections for both units. I am involved in capacity planning and the overall street performance of the 3rd party drivers as it relates to metrics measuring overall customer satisfaction.
