This position is unique as it is partly self-managed where I report my work to the head of production, to the directors, and all supervisors. I have to create side-by-sides for review and make sure the timecodes and burn-ins are working in sync with client made animatics, updating each edit until final delivery. I have to be conscientious about codec and container types to deliver the right clips and edits to the client for them to work with. Job required adding depth of field, shadows and lighting, lighting effects, and some layout and animation build fixes when necessary.

Re-drawing and improving the artwork per shot to make them on-model. This requires proper traditional animated work that hand draws keys and in-betweens either wholly or partially to get characters on-model with the acting and motion corrected.
