Outside of the US, temporary employment agencies (better known as "umbrella companies" in Europe) are plentiful. But when contract staffing professionals and temporary staffing agencies in places like the UK or Italy began looking to set up shop in the US and/or Canada, they quickly realized that their options are limited for finding such a provider here in North America. After months of research into foreign contract staffing markets, we decided to build a solution solely for these foreign-based contract staffing agencies, whereby we essentially enabled them to set up a recruitment operation in the US within days, without the headache of having to learn US employment law or spend thousands of dollars on US legal counsel.
