Rotated through three of the four engineering departments; Manufacturing, Research and Development, and Product Development. Utilized Solidworks to design fixtures and machinery for use in production. Prototyped, designed and implemented hot foil stamping machinery for use in clean room manufacturing. Performed and documented installation and operational qualifications for new production equipment. Performed design characterization and design verification builds and testing. Prototyped, built, and tested various micro-catheters and other medical devices. Participated in continuing education classes throughout the year.

Quickly and efficiently service and maintain up to sixty pieces of small equipment such as lawnmowers, weed whips and snow blowers for the campus. Actively seek out opportunities to assist fleet mechanics with equipment maintenance and repair. Maintain records for hazardous waste and chemicals as well as perform custodial duties in shop.
