Vice President of Operations has expanded my responsibilities. I oversee all managers in the following departments; Sales, Manufacturing, Engineering, Logistics, and Human Resources. I am also still Project Manager when the need arises. My goals are to further streamline production and boost efficiency through further training. As well as launch our nation wide sales and manufacturing programs.

As account manager I was in charge of helping develop and grow relationships with new customers. This involved work with sales, engineering, and a lot of time with the customers. I was also involved in operations and project management during this time.
