In this role, I led the optimization of production for water injectors, light oil producers, and disposal injectors. For wells with high rates of failure, I worked with teams on root cause analysis and developed corrective strategies.I planned and managed key steps in the implementation of R&R workovers that included remedial cementing, acid stimulation, liner cementing, fishing, recompletions, and wellhead replacement, as well as CTU workovers that included acid stimulation, remedial cementing, and cleanouts.As part of the workovers, I managed a $4M R&R budget and built forecasts for the following year’s budget.During workovers, I worked with teams, vendors, and pushers to resolve any wellbore issues that may crop up.I was a part of the team that designed and deployed screened frac pack completions of new drilled cyclic wells, and wrote the procedures for the completions.I led Process Hazard Analysis and MOC on a program that converted idle problem wells to a production state.I delivered 30% savings per job by leading HP/HT CTU operations on cyclic wells.

I served on a Base Management team that analyzed the economics associated with using foamer for gas well deliquification in the Jonah Field.In this role, I correlated well factors with successful foamer treatments in order to develop best practices.I also used DSS to perform decline curve analysis on treated wells.

As a member of the Production Optimization Team, I helped to develop an integrity management program for plunger wells in the Wamsutter Field.I researched well factors and their impact on bumper spring pull success rates, building a timeline detailing the serviceable lifespan of a bumper spring.
