Corporate Office - Auckland

Having started with The Coffee Club in its Hastings Cafe, Bar and Restaurant as a cook, I worked my way through various roles to end as a Training and Operations Consultant working within the Corporate Office. Responsible for the training of team members nationally by implementing training programmes. I also oversaw the opening of new stores throughout New Zealand. Key part of the role was to ensure training and operational support is prescribed as quickly and practically to all franchisees and team members.

Enzapak Whakatu East

Reporting to the Packhouse Manager and Operations Supervisor I was responsible for the training and supervision of the Local Market Team, Packhouse Forklifrt Operators, Tally Clerks and Palletizing Team. My main duties were to provide hands-on leadership for the Dispatch Department, coordinating palletizing placements, through to checking and signing off loads for shipping dispatch, to stock control.
