Property Manager overseeing the residential portfolio of roughly 478 units. Work daily with our maintenance technicians on various project and warranty work of new developments opened in 2015, 2016 and 2017 in Menomonie & Eau Claire, WI.

Implemented sound property management policies and procedures at JD McCormick, a development and property management company. Hired and trained staff to manage new developments and existing real estate in a successful yearly operational structure. Assisted in: new development design, marketing, leasing, and the opening of new buildings in Madison, Delafield and Hartland, WI.

Started at the front desk as the assistant manager. After one year I was promoted to Property Manager. Around, 2010 I began to overseeing another Property Manger. Together we managed JSM Properties, LLC downtown Madison portfolio until I left in 2014. While at JSM, I hired and trained multiple assistant managers that went on to be very successful Property Managers within our company.

Assisted maintenance technicians through out Madison with repairs and what parts needed to complete the tasks. Managed inventory, repaired screens / windows and gained vast knowledge of; plumbing, electrical, hardware and tools.
