I run the entire Intensive Outpatient Program. Progress notes, Chart notes, and all other transfer paper work are daily parts of my responsibilities. I facilitate Two three hour long groups twice per day. Each patient is also required to attend a 1 on 1 counseling session monthly. I am a big supporter of 12 step groups and their ability to help people change.

I ran an 18 person crew on an assembly line and the shipping department. I also handled all scheduling of incoming orders to level load the workforce.
