Managed an alumni base of over 1000 brothers. Coordinated events for alumni, parents, and brothers. Maintained an alumni mailing list as well as created a semi-annual newsletter to inform alumni and parents of the current state of the chapter. Managed a budget for events, supplies, and miscellaneous other things.

Coordinated on and off campus activities to increase brand awareness. Some of the activities include social media marketing, on campus activations and giveaways, and advertisements in the "odyssey" newspaper on campus. Upon completion of the project, we surveyed 200+ students and raised brand awareness by 112% throughout the student population.

Constructed a detailed 8 week program for 50 potential new members to educate them on fraternity history, house history, university history and also taught them valuable life lessons such as responsibility and independence. I also kept up with new member grades during the new member process and sought help for those who needed it in specific classes. I acted as a mentor for the potential new members providing advice and leadership throughout the process. I Initiated 41 of the initial 50 that we started with.
