I am a personal trainer. My goal is to help others reach the goals they set for themselves. I am devoted, fun to work with and well educated in this field.I specify in fitness, martial arts or self defense training.I have experience working as a certified Black Belt Instructor for five years. Through instructing I gained experience in - group training lessons- personal training lesson- setting up a specific training curriculum- customer service- sales- running all in house events (Camps, sleepovers, etc.)- management - working with young children, teens, and adultsI am certified to train all ages from 3 1/2 and up. I have been training for almost 10 years now.I myself am a 2nd Dan Black Belt in Tang Soo Do and Taekwondo. I am proficient in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Sin Moo Hapkido, and Judo. I also have been trained in the P.N.S.T. (Philadelphia Nightclub Security Training). I am RAMP, CPR, and First Aid certified as well.
