AEGIS Fire Control Officer (USS PINCKNEY DDG 91)-Supervised two Chief Petty Officers and 20 Sailors in the maintenance and preservation of three Work Centers and the AEGIS Weapons System.-Oversaw the correction of over 20 major system casualties, and the implementation and testing of two AEGIS Baseline upgrades. -As the Air Warfare program manager, directed PINCKNEY through her Air Warfare Certification and all applicable trainings and events, ultimately receiving a 98% overall figure of merit.-Planned and executed PINCKNEY’s assigned lead role in the Navy’s largest Live Fire Exercise to date, including two Standard-Missile shoots and the development of doctrine, the ships watchbills, and a safe and effective training plan. -Directly responsible for the development, testing, and operation of the ships self-defense doctrine against two unique threat sets and radar operating areas to significantly improve PINCKNEY's air defense posture on her C7F/C4F deployment.Gunnery & Ordnance Officer (USS PINCKNEY DDG 91)-Led an undermanned division of 16 personnel in the maintenance and preservation of four Work Centers and all small arms and large caliber weapons onboard. -Oversaw the completion of 10K maintenance checks and repairs of critical weapons systems casualties during PINCKNEY’s 2017 C5F deployment. -Directed the planning and execution of 35 complex live fire gunnery exercises, leading the combat team through 140 hours of weapons employment tactics training with zero mishaps. -Overhauled a troubled Explosive Safety program supervising the flawless issue, receipt and inventory of $80MM in arms, ammunition and explosives. -Coordinated PINCKNEY’s full deployment weapons onload and offload with no accidents.
