Supervised 6 operational staff members, 2 engineers, 2 logisticians, 16 foremen, and 50 laborers from start-up to completion as the only expatriate on the project. Directed all aspects of a US Government-funded housing rehabilitation construction project in the earthquake-devastated region of northern Armenia. Developed comprehensive Plan of Work and commodities hedging strategy which yielded 125% of the project goals, completed ahead of schedule, and 10% under budget.
