Technical support, working closely with customer services and stores to resolve issues with product,spares and quality control.I started a project where I would sort through the returned product and save taps, showers, shower cubicles etc. for spares. They could be stripped down and parts sent to clients, for example bits of a cubicle frame, to repair a product on site. For the last year working closely with purchasing to source a new product portfolio from within Europe. Ensuring quality and compatability and where applicable compliance. This involved ensuring wras compliance, flow rates. I built a test room for pressure anf flow testing of brassware, flush action of w.c's, bath and cistern volumes. Stage two would involve pumps to test up to 6 bar pressure.

Middlesex

I designed,estimated and installed kitchens and bathrooms for my clients, including plumbing and electrical upgrades where required. This included tiling and flooring. I would do a site visit to measure the room, discuss the clients needs, then go away and draw up a suggested plan for the client together with costings for labour. Also give advice on specific products to consider. In some cases I built a room from scratch to met their needs. The same applied with kitchen installs, including all appliances. I also improved and upgraded heating and plumbing systems. All of my work cam by recommendation.
