Brought in to head up the recruitment division of ICL in Scotland which had recently been outsourced to Hays Personnel Solutions. Devised and implemented a recruitment strategy that was in line with the strategic, corporate goals of the company. • Responsible for the review and development of an accurate manpower plan for the forthcoming year, liaising with both the business units and the Human Resource department.
