Provided operational oversight, leadership and organizational structuring for over a decade; established the preeminent pool management choice in the Greater Raleigh area. Served over 70 clients across four counties. Employed 400 seasonal workers and 12 full-time aquatic professionals. Exhibited consistent double digit growth over 10+ years and maintained growth throughout an extremely challenging global pandemic and the associated economic fallout. Managed a budget exceeding $4M annually while ensuring that customer expectations of cleanliness, safety standards and responsiveness were exceeded. Worked closely with municipalities, board members, property managers and other ownership groups to ensure that aquatic facilities were operated with fiscal responsibility, safety and efficiency as top priorities. Maintained relationships with numerous swim teams, swim lessons programs, regulatory agencies, and vendors (not limited to HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, metalworking, etc.). Managed risk and ensure that the organization operated with integrity and legal conformity.

Triangle Aquatic Center

Primary focus was to establish strategy to eliminate risk and ensure a platform for growth across a $3M+ organization. Responsibilities included operational oversight of programs, staffing, facility maintenance, external renters, and event operations. Overhauled the swim lessons program which resulted in a net revenue increase of over 30%. Revamped and managed the organization’s web presence. Managed all full-time staff members including Facility Manager, Programs Manager, Lifeguard Manager, Front Desk Manager, Event Manager, Finance Manager and all Swim Coaches. Worked with employees to establish professional goals and to develop internal talent. Managed the stakeholder relationships, including relationships with various sports alliances, the NCHSAA, multiple swim teams, the Triangle Swimming Association, USA Swimming, NC Swimming, etc. Established the TAC TITANS USA Swimming entity from scratch, creating the organizational structure for the nation’s number one swim team. Managed all profit and loss across the organization; whilst doing so, budgetary goals were always exceeded, even while implementing sweeping organizational changes.
