Operating as an SMS (lean) business Partner focused on performance.The role is classified into 3 areas:Performance Diagnostic, problem solving, and Lean design. Responsible for ensuring that the Sanofi Manufacturing System is being used to diagnose opportunities, problem solve and own the performance improvement roadmap.

Leading cross-functional, multi-site teams, in technology transfer and business integration of new products into site.Establish detailed project plan, drive execution of project tasks. Monitor project progress, manage project risks and minimize impact to the program or wider site. Escalate risks as appropriate. Act as site / project representative to internal or external stakeholders. Provide full and transparent updates to multiple governance forums in timely manner articulating risks and issues as appropriate.

Responsible for approximately 70 direct reports spanning across 3 shifts. Direct reports include Line Coordinators, Production Operators, Quality Inspectors, Technicians and Material handlers. I am responsible for two automated high volume production lines and a moulding clean room that is currently running 26 moulding machines. This is a greenfield site so I am heavily involved in hiring, training, coaching and setting up best practices such as 5S, Kaizen, Standard work and implementing a lean culture into the organization.

Responsible for a team of product builders to ensure the smooth operation of the production line. Transitioned a production facility from the US to Ireland. This involved :- Setting up a hiring and training plan for product builders in order to meet production schedule.- Setting up the production line in Ireland to ensure best work practices.- Ensuring the line is as lean as possible with respect to minimizing waste.- Developing a culture within the team to ensure an open and productive workplace.- Developing material replenishment/Kanban strategies for each station on the line.- Ensuring that the new manufacturing process are in accordance to FDA and all other regulations.

My main responsibilities includeResponsible for health and Safety in my department.Scheduling of projects and resourcesLeading Kaizen activities to improve key metrics, SQDCI. .Liaise with Honeywell field representatives and customers for factory acceptance tests and system installation support.Liaise with internal departments to ensure production commitments are kept and disruptions are kept to a minimal.Formulation and implementation of training plans.Performance assessment of direct reports.Maintaining personnel records, Vacation requests, leave, sick time ect.Responsible for effectively communicating with the team.5S Champion for the Plant. Ensure best practice and procedures are in place for entire plant. I also deliver 5S Training.

My main responsibilities included.Test, debug, and calibration of entire range of Honeywell Measurex scanners and sensorsEnsure quality standards are meet.Support with field installation and travel to site to help in installations where necessary.Generate installation drawings using CAD.
