Served as Executive Director for the Easton Family YMCA following a brief period of supervision of the Caroline County YMCA and Queen Anne's County YMCA development project. Received promotion to Group Executive of 3 community YMCA’s in 2018.* Management of $5,000,000 operation budget that includes 12,000 members in Talbot County with 73% retention rate. * Yearly fundraising of $360,000 for financial assistance program with nearly $500,000 provided* Staff supervision of 12 full time exempt employees, and approximately 400 part time employees. * Average growth of program and membership revenue of $250,000 per year over last 3 years* Personally secured $60,000 of non budgeted grants* Worked on development and implementation team for Smart Start new member orientation/retention program. * Implementation of volunteer recognition event honoring the commitment of all YMCA volunteers. * Leadership and development of 10 member Board of Advisers including yearly retreat and planning session.
