As a member of the Global Talent Management leadership team, my role is to identify, design and test “what’s next” when it comes to accessing and mobilizing the brightest minds to tackle unmet healthcare needs. I have the privilege of leading a 20+ member team made up of diverse, talent-centric dreamers, designers, and integrators, able to envision and bring to life new ways of addressing talent challenges across our MedTech and Innovative Medicine businesses.

An opportunity to lead early pilot work, architect and launch the new Talent Access and Mobilization organization, transforming from a traditional Talent Acquisition Strategy & Mobility function into an integrated team built to design & deliver differentiated talent solutions across build, buy and borrow.Led the mobility function for Johnson & Johnson, executing 3000+ moves globally, while delivering a differentiated experience (NPS+50) and laying the foundation for a shift to broader Mobilization, powering our global talent through strategic movement, digital tools, and cross-country teams.

Led the enterprise contingent labor strategy for J&J, attracting, hiring, onboarding and management of 20,000+ contingent workers for Johnson & Johnson. Ownership of global strategy and delivery. Accountable to deliver results related to financial performance, experience, talent quality, diversity, speed and compliance.

An early leader in the Global Services organization, with the opportunity to design and implement a shared services organization for the Procurement function, focused on standardizing people, process, technology and policies, while keeping the employee and supplier experience at the center. Post implementation, I led the NA Sourcing team for Johnson & Johnson Global Services, supporting $2.5 Billion in indirect spend across the categories of Marketing, R&D, Professional Services, Capital, Construction and Facilities.
