We serve urban and rural municipalities, utility districts, and private land developers across Texas with full-scale civil engineering and project management services. As COO of Bleyl Engineering, I am dedicated to using my experience and expertise in Civil Engineering to serve and improve our communities. I have extensive experience in project design and construction management for private and municipal projects with an emphasis on hydrology and hydraulics including stormwater conveyance design, rainfall runoff, and flood plain mitigation, detention pond and dam analysis, and FEMA FIRM mapping and revisions. Projects I have designed and managed include potable water plants, water distribution systems, wastewater treatment plants, wastewater collection systems, lift stations, roadways, and residential and commercial development plans. I currently oversee the general operations of all sites at Bleyl Engineering and frequently provide quality assurance and quality control for projects managed by other senior staff. I also serve as lead consulting Engineer for the Cities of Willis and Shenandoah providing comprehensive design, program management, and construction phase services.
