Responsible for coaching, advising and leading a team of sales professionals tasked with increasing PNCs market share of integrated workplace retirement and investment solutions to U.S based companies; including fiduciary advice, plan administration, participant education and financial wellness.Additional responsibilities include leading company wide initiative to enhance distribution with elite retirement focused advisers; representing PNC Retirement Solutions at various industry events; member of the leadership team tasked with brand development, product placement and other strategic initiatives.

Responsible for regional office P&L, 401(k), 403(b) and 457 sales growth, client retention and channel relationships. Consulted with financial advisors to develop new business opportunities for OneAmerica products while helping to strengthen their presence in the retirement marketplace. Focused on advisors in the northeast Ohio and western Pennsylvania region.

Responsible for setting business strategy and identifying new institutional recordkeeping relationships: offering ASP or outsourced solutions to major banks, mutual funds, insurance companies and Third Party Administrators (TPAs). Established key relationships with decision makers and influencers, while developing our brand and identity in the retirement industry by representing the company in various industry trade groups.
