As an educational transformation agent it is my goal to support and encourage the growth of students and educators, as well as my personal growth as an individual and educator. Having experienced consistent and effective implementation of professional learning communities and their impact on student achievement and professional growth, I wholeheartedly support the use of such communities within all aspects of education. A desire to reach all students in preparation for college and career readiness is at the very core of what I do as an educator.
