As the Assistant Manager of the Lake Chelan Winery BBQ in the Vineyard, I was in charge of managing small and large groups of employees while maintaining an efficient restaurant for our customers to enjoy. I have gained a great amount of experience working with customers as well as employees to obtain mutually beneficial relationships in this position. I was also among the highest in sales as a server for all three years I worked there. I learned how to differentiate a product in it's market and use unique selling points to grow sales.
