I am currently an in-house attorney at the Federal Home Loan Bank of Dallas focusing on collateral and regulatory issues, capital markets transactions and loan documentation. Prior to that I was an associate at Haynes and Boone, LLP for nearly 4 years. Before joining the firm, I attended Texas Wesleyan University School of Law where I graduated number one in the May 2007 class and was the Editor-in-Chief of the Texas Wesleyan Law Review. Before law school, I worked in the field of Information Systems as a technical trainer for Techskills a nationally recognized innovator in education delivery. While working at Techskills, I earned both a Masters of Science in Information Technology and numerous industry certifications including designation as a Microsoft Certified Trainer and an Oracle Certified Database Administrator. I am also a graduate of Baylor University where as a student I worked as a manager for the Baylor Men's Basketball team.
