Worked extensively with the investment and asset management teams to build a process to track portfolio company information from initial pipeline entry to the investments realization. Other reporting tools created and owned included:- Suite of analytical reports for the investor relation’s team used in tracking fundraising activity.- Asset management projection models used for valuations and monitoring future cash flows on individual investments across funds.- Cash forecasting model to coordinate bank balances and upcoming commitments for use in scheduling capital calls.- Allocation tracking tool for funding investments and allocating expenses across dead deals.- Revenue projection model to aggregate investment-level future cash flows as the foundation for the roll-up model to calculate net and gross level returns for use in internal and external reporting.- Global pipeline reporting system that allowed deal teams across regions to track all deals while integrating a compliance module for vetting portfolio companies and third party vendors.
