Create financial spreads using tax returns, company-prepared statements, personal financial statements, rent rolls, and K-1 forms. Create credit memos and annual review memos for these relationships. Perform internal evaluations using market and income approaches to determine collateral position. Conduct ratio analysis on C&I requests along with research on the specific industry. Create draw sheets and inspect in-process spec and custom construction project for completion to determine availability to be dispersed to the client. Complete weekly and monthly reporting on Excel. Create criticized asset memos on problem loans and test collateral for possible impairment to determine writedown / specific reserve calculation. Other duties performed as needed.

I create credit memos for our lenders and Chief Credit Officer by analyzing different aspects of some of our more complicated, time consuming commercial loans (mainly commercial real estate). I also work in close contact with the Chief Credit Officer to create and maintain reports in Excel for regulatory reporting purposes including our ALLL Narrative, Loan Concentration Report, and a quarterly report summarizing Equifax data for our borrowers. I also help out with any other projects in which our Chief Credit Officer needs assistance.
