I am a senior executive leader with experience across a range of domains including CEO, Operations, Sales/Growth, Strategy, Technology, Business Transformation and Business Improvement. In each role the focus has been the sustainable creation of value for clients, enterprise value for shareholders and a great culture for staff.Most recently this has seen a focus on healthcare and technology and working with Australia’s largest personal injury insurers such as AIA, TAL, CommInsure and Westpac/BT, government schemes such as iCare and TAC and corporate employers such as Wesfarmers, Virgin and Qantas to create innovative solutions, delivering healthcare services to maximise outcomes.Prior to UHG I was with McKinsey & Co in a lead role on the Federal Governments’ Diabetes Care Program for better chronic disease management in Australia and prior to that was an executive at Medibank running a range of health services.I’ve always been passionate about my work and I use that enthusiasm and drive to produce an environment that delivers results. I am stimulated by new challenges and enjoy drawing on people and problem-solving skills to discover a path forward with creativity, applied discipline and focus.
