Joined Royal Caribbean as the fourth program hire and product leader during their digital transformation. Co-led the development of the Royal Caribbean mobile app, which expanded to over 40 ships in three years and earned a 4.8 rating from 500K+ users. Spearheaded the vision, strategy, and delivery of a single sign-on guest account across six company brands, achieving a 95% user migration within 18 months. Built and led a high-touch digital support team that leveraged customer insights to improve data integrity and resolve issues proactively.Partnered with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to tackle operational challenges tied to digital product rollouts. Disrupted the cruise industry by designing a next-generation photo platform. During the pandemic, led crucial digital and technology initiatives, collaborating with public health experts to co-author the 'Pathway Plan,' which facilitated the company's safe return to service in 2021.

My career in product began at Disney while consulting at Disney Parks for over 5 years during their $1B+ digital transformation. Quickly progressed from Product Analyst to Product Owner and ultimately Product Manager, responsible for FastPass+ for more than 2 years. Supported the initial and 30+ subsequent releases of the Disney World mobile app, while leading the design and development of core content screens and park maps for Disney World, Disneyland, and Disneyland Paris, which remain in use today. Co-led the transition of the Disney World mobile app to a native app (version 2.0), enhancing performance and usability for faster feature delivery within a year. Additionally, revamped the FastPass+ service based on customer feedback, launching in April 2016. This initiative significantly improved user experience and operational efficiency, resulting in increased engagement, utilization, and user satisfaction while reducing complaints and laying the groundwork for Lightning Lane.
