LEADS is An economic and leadership development program that fundamentally changes the prospects of communities by investing in their civic Infrastructure. Piloted and incubated in the Merrimack Valley, LEADS is expanding throughout Massachusetts as a platform to connect and advance diverse, cross-sectoral leaders to make systems change.

IINE’s Lowell office provides access to comprehensive resettlement and behavioral health services, multi-level English classes, employment services, youth programs, citizenship clinics and microenterprise training. UTEC's innovative youth development model blends workforce development, education and pro-social networks. UTEC underwent a transformation from a grassroots organization to a data based national model for serving proven risk youth, which incorporates social enterprise models and Hi-Set certification. SKILLS AND EXPERTISE• Creation and integration of revenue generating social enterprise model within traditional social service agency• Development and implementation of standardized assessment tools for client performance and progress in job readiness programming• Project management of $7M renovation and construction project that resulted in the countries oldest LEED platinum certified building• Founding of broad community coalition comprised of 22 local partners to apply for federal funding and promote policy for improvements to the local food system• Founding and managing of and innovative program to provide transitional employment opportunities for 50 participating youth• Participation as member of senior management team in 18 month Theory of Change strategic planning process transformed grass roots organization into data driven model of youth development

From remote outpost in Nicaragua, worked independently to develop family gardens, school gardens, community banks and administer animal vaccinations.
