•Using architectural and structural drawings, creates first submittal drawings based on Firestone’s scope of work for the use of installing and fabricating custom metal and composite panel systems.•Revises drawings based on customer taken field dimensions for final approval before fabrication•Revises drawings based on Architectural redlines.•Revises drawings based on Engineering calculations•Using “scan data” creates 3D models of field conditions and as built conditions in order to create custom metal and composite panel systems.•Works closely with Project Managers, Fabrication, and other teammates in order to provide superior customer satisfaction.

Communicates effectively with staff, crews and customers regarding all aspects of projects.Travels to sites as needed to conduct the gathering of needed information, inspect work in progress, direct crews and subcontractors as needed to have work executed in a safe and efficient manner.Works directly with customers making sure all aspects of the projects are completed on time, within budget, and with the highest level of quality.Acquire licensing and permits.Schedule site safety meetings and visits; monitor all safety aspects of the project to make sure all applicable laws, rules and policies are being followed.Process/execute P.O.s, subcontracts, and contracts for assigned projects.

Produce drawings using sketches and field notes for fabrication and installation of special purpose personnel elevators. Provides assistance in the estimating process.Works closely with other team members and engineers on the design of proposed special purpose personnel elevatorsMark up and review approval drawings prior to the start of jobs.Conducts site visits for measurements, as well as provide supervision and assistance for installation crews.Details all shop fabrication drawings, field drawings, and assembles all as built drawing sets upon completion of job.

Repair and maintain special purpose personnel elevators.Assisted in new installations.
