Ever since I was a kid, I loved games. The merging of art, music, tech and user interaction grabbed a hold of me and never quite let go. Since then I have completed Red River College's Business Information Technology Program with honours, where I gained experience with Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, C#, PHP, Python, and Ruby. I also developed many soft skills including communication, presentation, teamwork and leadership skills.During my time in the BIT program, Red River started a Game Development program, and I knew I had to take it. There, I collaborated with artists and other programmers to develop games in Unreal Engine 5, Unity and Godot. I also participated in multiple game jams, and connected with local industry professionals.I cannot be more thrilled to join the industry that has inspired and enriched my life for so long.
