HR responsibilities for a portfolio of 15 Managed Hotel properties in North America. Accountability for Labor Relations & Compliance, Employee Relations, Staffing and Talent Management.

HR responsibilities for Manufacturing facilities in the US, Mexico and Europe.This comprises of 5 manufacturing facilities and ~ 1,400 employees.

Provided strategic support for two (2) key client groups within Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) for the Specialty Products Business. The client groups consist of the ISC organization which is ~1,100 employees across 8 sites in North America, and Europe and Health Safety & Environmental (HS&E) is ~ 100 Associates across 20 in North America, Europe and Asia Pacific.

This position provides HR support for the Global Advanced Manufacturing Engineering (AME) Organization within the Honeywell Aerospace Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) Business Unit. The client group consists of approximately 1,200 Associates in 22 locations in North America, EMEA and Asia Pacific.

Honeywell's Metropolis Works (MTW) manufactures a number of fluorine products with the main product being uranium hexafluoride (UF6) for nuclear fuel.Responsible for the full range of HR services; including labor (USW 7-669) and employee relations, performance management, learning and development, compensation, organizational effectiveness and hiring & selection. There are over 375 Associates at this Plant and a small additional site with 25 Associates.

Responsible for negotiating contracts as lead spoke-person for newly organized units, company owned retail stores and Wingfoot LLC locations across the US.Working with management and local union leadership to resolve disputes. Provide grievance answers to NLRB complaints and present arbitration cases.

Manager Plant Human Resources, Technical Center Manufacturing (Akron, Ohio) Provided HR Generalist support for an organized (USW Local 2) 400 Union Associates and 78 Salaried Associates facility where all NASCAR race tires are manufactured. Responsibilities include Staffing, Training, Labor Relations, Organizational Development, Compliance.

Responsibilities included Staffing, Organizational Development, Succession Planning, and Career Planning College Recruiting, Engineering Co-Op Program.

Tire Manufacturing Plant located in Gadsden, Alabama. Staffed by 1,300 hourly associates and 182 salaried associates. Plant is part of the Consumer business unit of North American Tire and produces 24,000 tires per day for passenger cars, original equipment and radial & light truck (SUVs and Pickups).Organized facility (USW Local 12L). Plant is on a continuous operation schedule.

HR Manager for Corporate Finance & IT which included the following departments: Treasury, Corporate Accounting, Auditing, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Buisness Development, and Auditing. Provided a full range of HR support which included Sucession Planning, Org. Development, Staffing and Employee Relations.
