Worked in a fast-paced environment to ensure a quality live news broadcast each morning. Promoted from camera operator to audio mixer after three weeks on the job, began training in technical direction after only two months.

Film/TV Production CompanyI personally developed an HD stock footage library, including detailing the workflow for future use. I also organized data, compiled research on various subjects pertaining to production studios from equipment to rental pricing structures, and worked as a camera operator among other tasks.

Helped guide first-year students through their premier foray into University life. I dealt with a variety of personal and social issues while creating a close sense of community for around 40 students. My specific community had a low behavioral correction rate and an exceptionally high rate of community involvement.
