Responsible for management of parts flow and logistics of Northern machining and plating suppliers as well as sister company in Chestechoa, Poland.• Managed inventory and logistics of key components to prevent shutdowns of key production lines at customers such as Ford Motor Company, Daimler Chrysler, and General Motors. • Oversaw procurement of raw materials such as brass extrusion and assorted steel for MRO purposes and CNC, Mazac production.• Attended bi-weekly meetings with GM and CFO to strategize finance and cost reduction options.• Sourced for new suppliers of each manufactured component for monthly cost reduction plans.• Renegotiated pricing and payment terms with current suppliers for monthly cost savings.• Held accountability for procuring the services of alternative freight providers for on time delivery of brake hoses and key components. Services ranged from dedicated overnight couriers to the leasing of LearJets which prevented costly assembly line shutdowns in major Ford Motor Company truck plants.• Prevented costly interruption of in-house assembly lines through day to day expediting of inbound parts to CF Gomma.

Served as owner representative in overseeing the construction of 25,000 square foot office building. (The ATS Centre). Negotiated cell phone, paging, copier, and office machine contracts for major Southeast regional staffing operation.• Negotiated all leases for the ATS Centre.• Managed and negotiated all building maintenance contracts for the ATS Centre.• Assisted in overseeing the land and wildlife management practices for 4,500 acres of Clay County timberland. Managed all access control, fire prevention and security to the above properties.
