Duties and responsibilities include the following for Epes Transport System, LLC:Develop, monitor and maintain Internet and Intranet Web Sites, and review security logs. Within approved guidelines, develop the design and content of all company web pages. Develops videos, graphics, photos, artwork and design layouts for all departments for promotional, recruiting, training, and informative media for internal and external use. Manages the company’s social media accounts and provides constructive interaction with users with the guidance from the Senior Director of Compliance and Benefits as needed. Meet with social Media representatives, vendors, and Epes personnel to develop recruiting marketing plans for social media presence. Oversees any third-party vendor marketing and communication strategies with assistance from appropriate management personnel. Analysis of data relative to emerging social media trends and marketing strategies with cost control measure recommendations submitted to the management and executive teams. Oversight of the company’s design, content and monthly distribution of the Rolling Review newsletter, print and digital version, and the quarterly distribution of the Spousal Support newsletter. Works with internal network of employees to gather information for both newsletters and submits information to the third-party vendor for printing. Works with the vendor to ensure that all information submitted has been critiqued for clarity, accuracy and appropriateness before print and distribution. Maintain strict guidelines with the EPES Transport Brand. Ensure all users are consistently using EPES approved logos and images. Develops, designs and maintains select new hire orientation videos for departments as needed. Works with third party video/photography vendor in conjunction with the VP of Driver Recruiting, to strategically plan spotlights within the company and marketing product. Responsible for company press releases and key announcements, working in conjunction with the appropriate manager (as applicable), HR and Benefits employees, and company President. Central contact for all company promotional giveaway needs and maintains inventory of all products. Works with third party vendors for orders. Manages distribution of items to remote Epes facilities and employees. Member and contributor of multiple employee related committees. Provide feedback, create promotional items, assist in event planning - Women in Trucking, Spousal Support, and Employee Relations Committee.
