Played instrumental role in business development in resourcing and technical services. Consulted and engaged with executives to perform needs analysis, resourcing strategies, and implement high-caliber solution pipelines. Utilize various sourcing strategies and tools to identify qualified candidates for positions. Meet with executive team weekly to discuss goals and progress for the company. Manage the complete recruiting cycle; sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating offers for, and onboarding employees. Qualify candidates for appropriate positions through the process of sourcing, screening, and interviewing. Full-Desk experience, working with clients to consult, influence, and manage their recruiting processes. Document recruiting process through company databases, including Talent Rover (a Salesforce platform). Update hiring managers on the status of recruitment efforts and status of potential and existing candidates. 15 time President’s Club winner
