Developed and implemented curricula designed to identify individual skill levels and improve them in all aspects of music, including individual and group performance, vocabulary, theory and history. Also managed administrative paperwork, budgets, extra-curricular activities and parent support groups involving over 200 students.

Assisted the Director of Bands in all areas, including directing, teaching, and organizing for the band and auxiliary. Taught the percussion section and started, coordinated and operated the winter drumline, a new subdivision of the band program.
