Smb Customer Account Executive
Current- I manage a book of business of over 500+ SMB accounts using Nitro Productivity Platform.- My responsibility is to grow annual recurring revenue at Nitro by renewing customer/account contracts for Nitro Productivity Platform- I have a quota of $100000+ per quarter that is generated through annual contract value on renewals as well as user/license expansion with existing accounts.- I strive to provide my clients with a one-stop shop where they can contact me for all things Nitro. I help my clients to navigate through a number of departments, whether they need customer service, technical support, or accounts receivables.- As a renewal account executive with SMB accounts, my role can be very transactional. However, My goal with every client call is to find out WHY? Why are they renewing? Why are they expanding their Nitro account? I want to understand why my clients are using Nitro so I can build stronger sales opportunities and provide better assistance throughout our relationship. - It almost goes without saying but I live my day-to-day in Salesforce! I'm very keen on keeping my records updated, from every step I've taken on an opportunity, what my next steps are and when, to formulating close plans, identifying risks, and providing any relevant information to help move the opportunity forward. - At Nitro, I've learned how to be cross-functional as an account executive working with an number of teams from Customer Support, Accounts Receivables, Product, and Channel Marketing. Most of all, I have learned to be productive in a cross-functional role. I have come to embrace the ideal that you can lean on others for assistance and ask for help, rather than trying to do everything yourself. I've worked with many departments outside of sales at Nitro to build strong relationships and learn that it's more beneficial to everyone to play to other teams' strengths rather than trying to be a jack-of-all-trades.
