As the Senior Director of E-commerce at Therabody, I oversaw the global direct-to-consumer (DTC) strategy and operations, leading a cross-functional team of project managers, digital marketers, content creators, and UI/UX designers.I have more than seven years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, and project management, with a passion for combining creative storytelling and data-driven decision making to enhance user experience and to increase conversion.I have successfully launched and managed multiple e-commerce platforms, including Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) and Shopify. I have also successfully launched multiple e-commerce integrations such as Emarsys, Iterable, Klaviyo, BOPIS with Best Buy, and United Airlines.I have extensive experience optimizing site performance, email marketing, customer retention, and subscription programs. I have also implemented SEO best practices, A/B testing, and analytics tools to measure and improve the customer journey and lifetime value (LTV). Additionally, I have collaborated with the brand and product marketing teams to develop and execute the go-to-market (GTM) process and product marketing strategy for Therabody, a leader in wellness technology and innovation. My areas of expertise are fashion, beauty, health & wellness, technology and CPG.Outside of work, I am a passionate cyclist and a volunteer for AIDS/Lifecycle, a charity event that raises funds and awareness to end the HIV/AIDS epidemic. I am registered for the 2024 ride, which will be my sixth official 545-mile ride from San Francisco to Los Angeles.
