Partnership Marketing• Leveraged extensive network to identify, create and develop dozens of strategic partnerships with companies such as American Express, Southwest Airlines, American Airlines, AARP, Marathon Petroleum, Amtrak, Avis/Budget, Groupon and more.• Designed, created and launched, in partnership with Visa, an industry-first reward redemption offering – Redeem Away! – providing La Quinta Returns loyalty program members a simple way to redeem their La Quinta Returns points for everyday purchases leading to increased member engagement.• Partnered with Points.com to launch an innovative redemption solution – Global Hotel Access - enabling loyalty members to redeem La Quinta Returns loyalty points at over 20,000 luxury hotels across the world furthering loyalty program engagement.• Managed day-to-day relationships with all travel-related (airline, car rental and rail), financial services and retail partners by developing campaigns and value propositions to drive customer acquisition, point-earn, point-redemption and revenue.• Selected co-brand credit card partners through a RFP process including contract negotiation, technology integration, program launch and marketing plan execution.Military Programs• Architected La Quinta's military strategy by creating an enterprise-wide approach to embrace the military with focuses on hiring veterans and military spouses, community outreach, sourcing, marketing and recognition.• Collaborated with cross-functional La Quinta teams on military growth strategy leading to La Quinta’s current recognition of being the #10 military-friendly company in the US.• Increased La Quinta’s military revenues by +2,000% since program inception.• Created military-focused partnerships with USAA, US Chamber of Commerce Hiring Our Heroes, Fisher House, Team Rubicon, Team Red White & Blue, Student Veterans of America, George W Bush Presidential Center, Military Spouse Employment Partnership, ESGR, US Air Force and more.
