Some career highlights:RESULTS-DRIVEN: In 2018, as Vice President of Loyalty Marketing, I led the La Quinta Returns team by driving a program high 48%+ loyalty member occupancy leading to a record number of annual member enrollments. These results translated into a program record revenue contribution to the company.STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIP CREATION: During my tenure as Vice President of Partnership Marketing at La Quinta, I created, managed and grew mutually-beneficial and strategic partnerships with dozens of global and national brands. THOUGHT LEADERSHIP: In partnership with Visa, I designed and led the launch of an industry-first reward redemption offering which enabled La Quinta Returns members to redeem their loyalty points at over one million locations for everyday purchases like groceries, books and meals.GIVING BACK TO THE COMMUNITY: I architected La Quinta’s six-pillared military strategy and partnership which included hiring veterans and military spouses, community outreach, sourcing from veteran-owned businesses and more. The successes included hiring over 1,600 veterans and military spouses and seeing a 2,000% increase in military revenue since program inception. My proudest result: this initiative became a part of La Quinta’s ethos.I have an MBA from SMU and a BBA from Baylor University.
