Recently graduated Suffolk County Community College and am currently focused on earning my degree in Business Management at Stonybrook University. I am determined to become a Certified Public Accountant in a few years. While I go to school at SBU, I am working part time as an apprentice carpenter and learning many skills along the way. In the short amount of time that I have been working in construction, I have learned so much. Being knowledgeable in this field is very helpful when you own a house down the road. Being able to do things yourself instead of calling someone and paying them to do it helps you to save money.While currently attending Stony Brook University, I am advancing my skills and adding to my experience to better prepare myself for finding my future career. Even if I do not end up with a career in accounting, the knowledge I have attained will undoubtedly translate over to other careers or at the very least assist me later in life. Regardless, I have the determination to become successful in my future.
