Current-Lead commercial and industrial leasing, development, and land sales at Company's developments, including Tejon Ranch Commerce Center @ Interstate 5 and CA Hwy 99-Negotiated and closed $30m in land sales-Managed broker team in leasing efforts for 1MSF of spec industrial with partner resulting in leasing prior to building completion-Engaged with PG&E, Cal ISO, CPUC, and Governor's office in leadership of power capacity strategy resulting in PG&E commitment to invest $20m+ in expansion of substation and the Cal ISO transmission plan including a $55m improvement project to expand capacity to serve upcoming growth. -Lead Grapevine at Tejon Ranch permitting and land development for Mountain Village at Tejon Ranch-Work with executive leadership, consultants, and brokers on strategy, marketing, and action plans-Preparation and performance accountability for project and department goals, schedule, and budgets-Day-to-day project management responsibility-Negotiate with and make presentations to agency staff, executives, Boards, and elected officials
